Registration Fees and Enrolment
1.How much is the registration fee, and what is the Early Bird rate?
The registration fee depends on the registration category you select. Two rates apply: the Early Bird rate, for registrations submitted on or before 1 November 2026, and the standard rate, for registrations submitted from 2 November 2026 onwards.
The exact amount payable is displayed on screen from the moment you select your registration category.
2.What registration categories are available, and what documents are required?
The available categories and their document requirements are shown on the registration page. Certain categories — such as society members, researchers, and students and trainees — require supporting documentation to verify eligibility, for example proof of society membership or a certificate issued by your institution.
If you select a category that requires documentation, the system will automatically present a file upload field at the next step. You may complete your registration immediately; our team will then review the submitted documents before confirming your registration.
Payment
3.How can international participants pay the registration fee?
Two payment methods are available.
- Option 1 — Advance bank transfer
- Immediately after you submit your registration form, the system will email you the bank account details together with a secure link for uploading your proof of payment.
- Option 2 — Payment at the venue
- For participants who are unable to make an international transfer, payment may be made in cash at the registration desk on the day of the conference. Please refer to question 4 for details.
Please ensure that the full amount stated is received by the organisers. All international transfer charges are the responsibility of the participant.
4.How does payment at the venue work, and who is eligible?
The "Pay at the venue" option is available only to participants whose country of residence is outside Thailand. Participants residing in Thailand are kindly requested to pay by advance bank transfer.
The process is as follows.
- Select "Pay at the venue" at the payment step and submit your registration form.
- You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received and is under review.
- Once approved by our team, you will receive an email confirming your eligibility to pay at the venue, with the official Invitation Letter attached, for use in visa applications or in obtaining travel authorisation.
- Please settle the registration fee at the registration desk on the day of the conference, preparing the exact amount stated in the email.
- Once payment has been received by our staff, you will receive a registration confirmation email together with your QR code and your official receipt, if requested.
Please note: until payment has been made, your registration remains in "awaiting payment" status, and the receipt and QR code will not yet be issued.
5.I have transferred the fee. What should I do next?
Please upload your proof of payment using the secure link provided in the first email you received after submitting your registration form.
Once uploaded, the system will send you an email confirming receipt. Our team will then verify the payment, which normally takes 3–5 working days. Upon verification, you will receive a registration confirmation email together with your Invitation Letter, QR code, and official receipt, if requested.
Should the proof of payment be unclear or the amount not match our records, our team will contact you by email with a new upload link.
6.My upload link has expired, or I cannot find the email. What should I do?
Upload links remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If your link has expired or you are unable to locate the email, you may request a new link yourself from the registration page. For security reasons, issuing a new link automatically invalidates the previous one.
If you continue to experience difficulty, please contact us at adminmgga2026@gmail.com.
7.How do I request an official receipt?
Please select "I require an official receipt" at the payment step and complete the billing name and address fields in full.
The receipt will be issued automatically once your payment has been verified, and will be attached as a PDF file to your registration confirmation email.
Please verify the accuracy of the billing name and address before submitting the form, as these details will be printed on the receipt exactly as entered.
Invitation Letter and Official Documents
8.Will I receive an Invitation Letter, and when?
Yes. An official Invitation Letter will be issued to every participant as a PDF attachment, sent automatically by email according to the following schedule.
| Payment method | Invitation Letter issued |
|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Once our team has verified your proof of payment and confirmed your registration |
| Payment at the venue | Once our team has approved your request to pay at the venue — no payment required at this stage |
Participants paying at the venue will therefore receive the Invitation Letter in advance of payment, allowing sufficient time to apply for a visa or to obtain travel authorisation from their institution.
Important: the name printed on the Invitation Letter will match the name entered on your registration form. Please enter your full name in English, exactly as it appears in your passport.
9.What file formats are accepted for supporting documents, and what if further documents are requested?
The system accepts JPG, PNG and PDF files of up to 10 MB each, with a maximum of 5 files per upload.
If a document is unclear or incomplete, our team will contact you by email specifying what is required, together with a link for uploading the revised document. We kindly ask you to respond promptly so that your registration can be completed.
10.When will I receive my Certificate of Attendance?
The Certificate of Attendance will be available for self-service download from your personal registration page, once you have checked in at the conference in accordance with the conditions set by the organisers.
The conditions for receiving the Certificate of Attendance are determined by the organisers. Downloads will open from 28 November 2026 onwards.
You may access your registration page by scanning the QR code sent to you by email, or by following the link in your registration confirmation email.
At the Conference
11.How do I check in, and what should I bring?
Please have your personal QR code, provided in your registration confirmation email, ready on arrival. It may be shown on your mobile device or presented as a printed copy.
At the registration desk, our staff will scan your QR code to record your attendance and issue your name badge. The process takes only a few seconds.
Check-in takes place on each day of the conference. Please present the same QR code on every day you attend, as the number of days attended determines eligibility for the Certificate of Attendance.
12.What if I lose my QR code, cannot access my email, or forget my mobile device?
Please rest assured that you will still be able to attend.
Simply provide your full name or registration number to our staff at the registration desk. They will be able to locate your record and register your attendance without the QR code.
13.Gala Dinner and dietary requirements
You will be asked to indicate on the registration form whether you intend to attend the Gala Dinner, so that the organisers may plan catering arrangements accordingly.
You may also specify your dietary requirement — no special dietary requirements, vegetarian, or halal — and note any food allergies in the field provided. The food allergy field is optional. Both details are passed directly to the hotel's catering team, and we therefore kindly ask that they be entered in English.
Should you wish to amend these details after submitting the form, please contact our team as described in question 14.
Amendments and Contact
14.I have entered incorrect information, or I need to change my name, email address or registration category. What should I do?
Once the form has been submitted, participants are not able to amend their own details. This safeguard ensures the accuracy of the information used to issue official documents.
Please contact our team at adminmgga2026@gmail.com, quoting your registration number and specifying the amendment required. Our staff will update your record and reissue any affected documents as necessary.
Please notify us as early as possible, particularly in the case of name corrections, as your name appears on the Invitation Letter, name badge, official receipt and Certificate of Attendance.
15.How can I check the status of my registration?
You may check your status at any time on your personal registration page, accessible via the link in your email or by scanning your personal QR code.
The page displays your current registration status, registration category, fee payable, attendance record, and the download button for your Certificate of Attendance once it becomes available.
16.I have not received any email from the system. What should I do?
Please check your junk mail or spam folder first, as automated messages are frequently filtered there.
If you still cannot locate the message, please contact us at adminmgga2026@gmail.com, providing your full name and the email address used at registration. Our team will be pleased to verify your record and resend the message.
